Returns Policy

Pressed and Preserved creates bespoke, handmade commissions using delicate natural materials. Because each piece is custom-made, all products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and will always endeavour to resolve any issues you may have with your piece through our restoration service.

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon its arrival. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the damage and the original packaging. This allows us to assess the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

  • Our Restoration Commitment: If your piece is damaged during transit, we offer a restoration service to return your art to our high studio standards.

  • Accidental Damage: As per Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions, all risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon successful delivery. We are not liable for any breakage, such as dropped frames or glass, that occurs once the item is in your possession. In the event of accidental damage after delivery, we offer a Frame Replacement Service or Restoration Service - please contact us to receive a personalised quote (this is dependent on the frame and glass type) so that we can return your piece to its original condition. 

  • Natural Evolution: Because we work with organic botanicals, please note that slight variations in colour, texture or minor petal dropping and shedding are a natural characteristic of preserved florals and are not considered defects.​​
